that rundown gas station has been renovated and is now a shop called riverside mercantile! they sell local meats, local goods, hand-dipped ice cream, drinks, and more. the building behind it that was in the process of being renovated is now an airbnb called riverside lodge. it's amazing how much can change in just a few years!
